Exchanges & Returns
We want you to feel confident with every Ahóra purchase. If something doesn’t fit or feel right — we’ve got your back.
Exchange or Return of Good-Quality Items You have the right to return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt (excluding the day of receipt).
Conditions for Return/Exchange:
- The item must not have been worn (no signs of use, washing, perfume/cosmetic smells).
- Original condition preserved: tags, labels, and packaging must be intact (not torn or crumpled).
- Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or payment confirmation) is required.
- The item must not fall under non-returnable categories (e.g., underwear, swimwear, tights — if individually packaged and opened). For our pajamas, robes, sleep dresses, and sets — returns are possible as long as hygiene standards are met.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
- Contact us via chat, Viber, or Telegram (@ahora.ua) within 14 days — include your order number and reason.
- Send the item back to us in Odesa via Nova Poshta (or Ukrposhta) — we’ll provide the exact return address after your message.
- Once we receive and inspect the item (usually within 1–2 business days), we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement/exchange.
Refunds:
- To the original payment card (or one you specify) — processed within 3–7 business days (depending on your bank).
- If paid via cash on delivery — refund to your card or in cash by prior agreement.
- Shipping costs for return are not reimbursed (except in cases of defective items).
If the Item is Defective (Faulty):
- Message us immediately after receipt.
- Send photos/videos of the defect.
- We cover return shipping, replace the item, or refund the full amount (including original delivery).
We carefully check every piece before shipping, so defects are rare. But if anything’s wrong — we’ll fix it quickly
